E-COMMERCE SHOPPING WEBSITE

MYCSOURCE (MCS) has built several customized online stores with user-friendly e-commerce administrative tools. Our clients have been able to promote hundreds to thousands of their products, varying in colors and sizes; boost sales with promotions, coupons and discounts; up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services; add products to shopping carts; and even accept payments with secure merchant checkout. Further, our clients have been able to process, fulfill, and track their customers’ order shipments.

      APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING SYSTEM

MYCSOURCE (MCS) designed and built a patient appointment scheduling system, which was particularly useful for a healthcare company that utilized our services. At the click of a mouse, our client was able to schedule single, multiple, or recurring appointments for one or more clinics. The scheduling system MCS designed and built functioned to remind the Office Manager of the next day’s appointments, track arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows; allowed for selecting different types of treatment plans, creating waiting lists, rescheduling appointments; adding new patients on-the-fly; and accepting unscheduled walk-ins. In addition, the client could view the calendar by the day, week, or month, and use color coding for special dates (e.g. holidays, vacation time, meetings, etc.).

      LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

For businesses and organizations interested in training their staff on new products and services, system applications, or company information, MYCSOURCE (MCS) has developed a learning management system. This system allows our clients to provide online training courses to their employees, complete with corresponding examinations at the end of the courses. Users (e.g., employees) can also schedule online or in-person training courses that are available; view upcoming courses and events; and even see a history of their classes. The usages and test results of the users are then provided to the training manager. Course and test performance can be tracked by an administrator. By providing this service to our clients, MCS has helped to enhance professional development.

      WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

MYCSOURCE (MCS) developed a complex warehouse management system, which has been tremendously useful for our clients. One such client, a warehouse company, increased its inventory accuracy, reduced labor costs and cycle times, and provided greater customer service to their customers. The implementation of a warehouse management system along with automated data collection provided other benefits to our clients, including an increase in the company’s storage capacity with a reduction in on-hand inventory and required safety stocks.
